In the instant contempt petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of order dated 10.04.2013, whereby, upon disposal of the writ petition filed by the petitioner being SWP No. 786/2013, the respondents came to be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment against the post of Constable in J&K Executive Police, strictly in accordance with the rules governing the field and to pass consideration order. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being stated that in compliance to the order passed by this Court, the claim of the petitioner was considered and on merits rejected, as a consequence whereof, a consideration order as well came to be passed, which is annexed with the compliance report. Having regard to the record available on file, seemingly, the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order, non-compliance of which is alleged in the instant contempt petition. The contempt proceedings are, accordingly, closed. However, the petitioner shall be free to work out the remedy against the consideration order, if so advised.
