The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2/District Magistrate, Jaunpur to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2024, a copy of which is appended as Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition. 2. It is argued that though time and again the applications were submitted by the petitioner before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, Jaunpur for the grant of death certificate as well as photo copy of the family register but till date the same were not provided to the petitioner. Hence the aforesaid letter by way of complaint made by the petitioner before the respondent no. 2. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State that a complete procedure has been prescribed under U.P. Panchayat Raj (Maintenance of Family Register) Rules, 1970 and in case the petitioner will submit an application on the prescribed format before the concerned competent authority, the Authority will provide the necessary documents as per the aforesaid Rules to the petitioner. 4.
