For the Respondents: Mr. Rajan Kahol, Mr. Vishal Panwar and Mr. B.C.Verma, Additional Advocate Generals, with Mr. Ravi Chauhan, Deputy Advocate General. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that since petitioner herein has already served institution till the age of 65 years and she is no more interested to continue further, present petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the service and pensionary benefits qua entire service including extended period upto 65 years. Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to aforesaid innocuous prayer made on behalf of the petitioner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents to take into consideration the service rendered by the petitioner beyond 62 year for the purpose of pensionary and other service benefits, especially when there is no dispute that petitioner during aforesaid period served the Department concerned to best of her ability and to the satisfaction of the employer.
