By way of filing this writ petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned order dated 05.02.2014 passed by the respondents by which recognition of the petitioner-institution has been cancelled. 2. By the direction issued by this Court, the counsel for the respondents has apprised this Court that the aforesaid order dated 05.02.2014 has been withdrawn and recognition has been granted to the petitioner-School from the academic year 2014-15. (2 of 2) [CW-8653/2014] 3. The office order dated 10.09.2014 passed in this regard is ordered to be retained on the record. 4. Keeping in view the above factual aspect of the matter, now no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 5.
