In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 03.05.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3 vide which the claim of the petitioner for grant of employment on compassionate ground was rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner has been offered compassionate appointment and the petitioner has already joined. A copy of the said order has been handed over to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In view of above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition.
