The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have issued a notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and submits that the allegations are not true and none of the provisions of the law for the alleged offences have been committed by the petitioners. The Station House Officer, Malikipuram Police Station, has also issued a notice under Section 2 41-A Cr.P.C on 24.02.2025, calling upon the petitioners to furnish the information as required under the said notice. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P. Seshi Kumar, learned counsel, represents that he would take notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent, and Sri P. Chidambaram, learned counsel, appearing for the 1st respondent. It is submitted that the matter requires investigation, and there has been no clear investigation so far. This Court, without going into the merits of the matter, considering the notices issued to the petitioners by the police under Section 41-A Cr.P.C, directs the Station House Officer, Malikipuram Police Station, to complete the investigation expeditiously, duly taking into consideration the representation of the petitioners. 3.
