Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Purnendu Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent No.3 i.e. District Magistrate/Deputy Custodian, Enemy Property, Meerut to ensure compliance of order dated 06.08.2024, passed by Chief Supervisor, Office of Custodian of Enemy Property for India, Lucknow. 3. It seems that the petitioner has made complaints before different authorities and forum against respondent Nos.5 to 7. In reference to the said complaints, the Chief Supervisor, Office of Custodian of Enemy Property for India, Lucknow has sent a communication dated 06.08.2024 to the District Magistrate/Deputy Custodian, Enemy Property, Meerut for holding inquiry. 4. The direction is by the respondent No.2 and in case the same is not being complied with, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach him in this regard. 5.
