3- Case of the prosecution is thatAl to A3 purchased 1940-180 ml liquor bottles packed in 40 cardboard boxes (each box containing 48-180 ml bottles) in the third week Of June-2023 and again purchased 9600-180 ml liquor bottles Packed in 200 cardboard boxes and secreted in the cattle shed of accused No.4 requesting him to keep close watch on the liquor bottles by Offering him Rs.1,000/-every day. Thereafter, while they Were involved in Sale Of those liquor bottles, the s.I. of police, V.Madugula, On Credible information, raided the premises and arrested the accused Nos. 1 to 4 and seized 220 liquor bottles under the cover Of mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5, A perusal of the material available on record goes tO Show that basing on the confessional statement Of the accused Nos.1 to 4, accused Nos.5 to 9 are arrayed aS accused. Again, basing On the confessional statement of accused No.9, accused Nos.10 to 13 arrayed as accused. Thereafter, basing On the confessional statement of accused No.13, name Of the Petitioner has been arrayed accused No.14. Except confessional Statements, there iS no other material to implead the accused in the cr'lme. ln fact, \-+ e=--`9 . -.--.I
3 nothing has been seized from the possessl'on of the petI'tiOner J9 herein. 6. In view of the aforesal'd reason, this court is inclined to grant antjcipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.14. 7. Accordingly, in the event of his arrest, petitioner/accused No.14 shall be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees ten thousand only), wI-th two SuretI'eS for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and also on condI-lion that the Petitioner Shall make hI'mSelf avaI-lable for I'nVeStigatiOn aS and When required and that he shall not cause any threat, I'nduCement Or Promise tO the PrOSeCutI'On witnesses.
