The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 22.09.2023 as well as summoning order dated 16.11.2023 including the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No.3885 of 2023, arising out of Case Crime No.563 of 2023, under Section 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District Mainpuri pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Mainpuri. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that though this matter was referred to mediation centre by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2025 but now parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Therefore, he does want want to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh application u/s 528 BNSS to quash the proceeding on the basis of compromise. 5.
