He also submitted that they will comply with the order within the time stipulated by the Hon'ble Division Bench. 2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be entertained, since the Hon'ble Division Bench has already taken cognizance of the matter and had also extended the time for compliance.
