Case No. 01 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 69/89 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri. Nishikant, learned JMFC, Palamau. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is aged about 18 years. Thereafter, he refused to marry her. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri.
