The petitioner, resident of Pedakakani Village and Mandal, Guntur District filed the above writ petition with an apprehension that respondents 2 and 3 may not allow him to participate in the Annual Urs Ceremonies scheduled to be held on 29.03.2025 and 30.03.2025 for the Wakf Institution namely Dargah Hzt. Baji Shaheed Aulia (RA) situated at Pedda Kakani Village and Mandal, Guntur District. The petitioner made a representation dated 20.02.2025 to the 2"^^ respondent. 2. 2 At the hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioner confined his
arguments and urged to direct the 2 representation dated 20.02.2025 (Ex.P.1) made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
3. nd respondent to consider the Learned standing counsel did not refute the said submission.
4. Indeed, directing the authorities to consider the representation is deprecated by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Government of India v. P.Venkatesh^
5. However, given the
facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 2"^^^ respondent to consider petitioner’s representation dated 20.02.2025 (Ex.P.1) and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, strictly as per the Rules. No order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
