Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Chunar, District Mirzapur to decide the suit no.07234/2018 computerize No.T201816530407234 Rajeshwari Devi and another Versus Jay Singh and others pending in court of Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Chuna, District Mirzapur expeditiously , if possible in the period of three months or as fixed by the Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that partition suit filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration which is registered as Suit No.07234 of 2018, Computerized Case No.T201816530407234. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial) Chunar, District Mirzapur to decide the Suit No.07234 of 2018, Computerized Case No. T201816530407234, filed under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
