6. In the instant C-528 application, a Compounding Application (IA No. 01 of 2025) has been moved, which is supported with the affidavits of the applicant and respondent No. 2.
7. Applicant and respondent No.2- complainant are present through video conferencing and they are identified by their respective counsel.
8. In the instant C-528 application, the applicant has challenged the
judgment and
order dated 16.07.2025, passed by learned Ist Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No.08 of 2025 and the order dated 22.01.2015, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, Dehradun in Criminal Complaint Case No.182 of 2022, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, registered at
P.S. Vikasnagar.
9. Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes amicably.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has already paid a sum of Rs.63,000/- to respondent no.2- complainant. This fact is also admitted by respondent no.2 and she has further submitted that she does not want to proceed further with the matter.
11. In view of the above statement, the compounding application is allowed. The judgment and
order dated 16.07.2025, passed by learned Ist Additional District & Sessions Judge, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun in Criminal Appeal No.08 of 2025 and the order dated 22.01.2015, passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, Dehradun in Criminal Complaint Case No.182 of 2022, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, registered at P.S. Vikasnagar, District Dehradun are set-aside.
12. The present C528 application is disposed of accordingly.
13. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
