Order on Board 05/03/2025
1. By the present petition, the petitioner is seeking quashment of the impugned communication dated 05/02/2025 passed by the respondent No.1, by which, the Waqf Board has directed the petitioner to close down the Retail Outlet (Petrol Pump) in compliance of the order dated 04/10/2024 passed by the respondent No.2.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent No.1, on instructions, would submit that the respondent No.1 was not having knowledge about the order passed by this Court on 08/10/2024 in WPC No.5084/2024, as the Board was not a party in the said writ petition. He would submit that after having knowledge about the order passed by this Court in WPC No.5084/2024, the Board is going to withdraw the impugned communication dated 05/02/2025 within a period of seven days.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings and documents.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 that they are going to withdraw the communication dated 05/02/2025, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that till withdrawal of the impugned communication dated 05/02/2025 by the respondent No.1/Board, the interim
order passed by this Court in the present writ petition on 18/02/2025 shall remain operative. SD/-
