The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant praying for quashing non-bailable warrant and 82 Cr.P.C. order dated 04.03.204 as well as entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.2040 of 2022 (Chanda Devi v. Kishun Lal Nishad and Others), under Sections 323, 504,498A IPC, P.S. Badlapur, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jaunpur. 3. The Court does not see any illegality, impropriety and incorrectness in the impugned order under challenge and also there seem to be no abuse of court's process. There is no good ground to interfere in the same, therefore, the prayer for quashing of the impugned order is refused. 4. However, a request has been made that the applicant wants to surrender in the court below and apply for bail and for that some protective direction may be issued. 5. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed that in case the applicants surrender within three weeks from today and apply for bail, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 6.
