Issue any suitable order or direction to the Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra to decide Misc. Case No. 12/2019, Sri Ravindra and 2 others vs. Smt. Maya Devi and others (arising out of Execution Case No. 61/2018), in connection with decree of Small Cause Case No. 62 of 2013, Smt. Maya Devi (now Dead) and other Vs. Vipin Kumar and other dated 13.4.2018 pending in the court of Judge Small Causes, Agra within a stipulated time." 3. Counsel for the petitioners states that Misc. Case No.12 of 2019, filed under Order 21 Rule 97 of the Civil Procedure Code, at the instance of respondent nos. 1 to 3, is pending before the Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra since 2019, as such, appropriate direction be issued for the expeditious disposal of the aforementioned proceeding. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Chaudhary Subhash Kumar, Prem Chand Counsel for Respondent(s) : Smt. Maya Devi And 5 Others .....Petitioner(s) Sri Ravindra Kumar And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Judge, Small Causes Court, Agra to decide the aforesaid Misc. Case No.12 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
