This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No.436 of 2023 (State Vs.Vinod Kumar Savita and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 447 of 2022, under Sections- 419, 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-4, Prayagraj. 3. Instant application has filed to decide the Case No.436 of 2023 (State Vs.Vinod Kumar Savita and others) pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-4, Prayagraj. Learned counsel for the applicant next submits that charge-sheet was filed on 03.03.2023, thereafter notices were issued and accused persons-opposite party nos. 2 to 5 have been enlarged on bail. 4. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2023, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
