The instant writ petition suffers from deficiency of essential particulars, on the basis of which the allegation of personal bias against respondent No. 3, who is a high-ranking Army official, cannot be heard to be maintained without particulars attending the writ petition. 02. Accordingly, when pointed out to learned counsel for the petitioner, she seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty reserved to come up with the better writ petition. 03.
