On one hand petitioner is not cooperating for adjudication of a dispute that petitioner’s promotion was illegal since he has snatched the relevant documents from the office of concerned respondent, which has not been specifically denied by learned counsel for petitioner, and on other hand he has rushed to this Court that his salary be paid. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, present petitioner lacks bona fide. Still in the interest of justice this writ petition is disposed of that petitioner will cooperate during inquiry and concerned respondent will take expeditious decision, whether promotion of petitioner is illegal or not.
