It is the case of the petitioner that he has been working with the respondent department as Sahayak for long, but suddenly, his services has been suspended by the impugned order dated 21.04.2025 by the respondent no.3, Divisional Forest Officer, Haridwar, on the ground that he was involved in a criminal case, in which he was arrested. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not committed any offence; he is on bail in the matter based on which his services are suspended. He further submits that he has given a representation on 27.06.2025, , which is Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, to the respondent no.3, Divisional Forest Officer, Haridwar, but it has yet not been decided. He seeks directions that the respondent no.3, Divisional Forest Officer, Haridwar, may be directed to decide it. Learned State Counsel submits that the representation dated 27.06.2025, which is Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, will be decided by the respondent no.3/the Revenue Forest Officer, Haridwar, within a period of two weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3/the Revenue Forest Officer, Haridwar, to decide the representation dated 27.06.2025, , which is Annexure No.4 to the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from today, in accordance with law.
