Heard learned counsel for the applicants; learned counsel for opposite party no. 2; learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 18.06.2022; cognizance order dated 30.08.2022 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 13418/2022 (State Vs. Zaid & others) arising out of Case Crime No.155/2022, under Sections 452, 323, 504 & 506 I.P.C. Police Station- Kithore, District- Meerut, pending before Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) 7th Meerut. 4. It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants and opposite party no. 2 have amicably settled their dispute and entered into a compromise. A copy of the compromise deed entered into between the parties has been reduced in writing is annexed as Annexure no. 4 to the present application, hence the proceeding against the applicant be quashed. 5. Learned A.G.A. and counsel for the opposite party no. 2 do not dispute the correctness of the facts. 6. Accordingly, it is provided that the parties shall appear before the court below along with a certified copy of this order on the next date fixed. It is therefore expected that the trial court may fix a date for the verification of the parties; compromise entered into between the parties and pass an appropriate order to that effect within next four weeks. It shall be open to the applicant to file a fresh application U/S 482, at that stage, for the relief sought herein. 7. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of. 8.
