CMP No. 10287 of 2025 Notice confined to respondent No.1 only. Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1. No reply is intended to be filed. By way of this application, a prayer has been made to discharge the guardian of the applicant- appellant No.3 on the ground that the applicant- appellant No.3 has attained majority. In support, besides the affidavit of the applicant, a copy of matriculation examination certificate of the applicant has been annexed, according to which, the date of birth of the applicant is 25.2.2007. The applicant-appellant No.3 having attained majority has every right to proceed in the matter in her own right. In result, the guardian of applicant- appellant No.3 is discharged. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 10286 of 2025 Learned counsel for respondent No.1- insurer submits that since the matter has finally been disposed, his client has no objection in allowing the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. Entire amount lying to the share of applicant-appellant No.3 in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in her favour along with upto date interest accrued thereon, by remitting the same to her bank account, details of which have been provided in para-6 of the application, after due verification.
