It has also been submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition the said respondent no. 2, viz., Thokchom Binarani Devi has expired and as such, no cause survived for adjudication after the death of the respondent no. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the parties accordingly submitted that the said 2(two) writ petitions as well as all the connected applications can be closed as infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the aforesaid 2(two) writ petitions as well as all the connected applications are hereby closed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. JUDGE Lucy
