Inadvertently, the complaint has been filed before the Fast Track Court, Ambattur. Hence, the petitioner seeks for transfer. 3.Considering the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the cases in S.T.C.Nos.28 and 29 of 2024 pending on the file of the Fast Track Court, Ambattur, are withdrawn and transferred to the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Kangeyam. The transfer shall be effected within a period of one month from the date of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, is directed to dispose of the cases as expeditiously as possible.
