Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the IPC. 3. It is the specific case of the informant that co- accused Guddu Kumar and Santosh Yadav shot at informant’s husband causing his death. No overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed.
