THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No. 5760 OF 2015 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the Short Tender Notice issued by respondent No.2 in Roc.No.274/2015/E1, dated 03.03.2015 calling for supply of four Computer Operators in Kandukur Municipality as illegal and arbitrary.
2. On 13.03.2015, this Court after hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and the then learned Standing Counsel for the respondents passed the following interim order:-
“If the petitioners are not appointed in the 2nd respondent Municipality on NMR basis, like the eight persons, whose names are mentioned in G.O.Rt.No.18, dated 13.01.2015, but they were appointed only on contractual basis, the 2nd respondent would proceed further with the tender floated, but not otherwise.”
3. In the opinion of this Court, the above order would suffice for disposal of the writ petition.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above operative portion of the above extracted interim order, dated 13.03.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
