Act, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffarnagar and further not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to said FIR. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet No. 15A has already been forwarded on 03.02.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
