The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 317 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 20, 21(b) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. As per prosecution case, on a secret information, a raid was conduced and two accused persons were nabbed on chase and on search 21.92 mg smack and one samsung mobile phone was recovered. The apprehended accused persons have disclosed the name of this petitioner as who fled away from the place of occurrence. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of arms act. Patna High Court CR.
