By the present petition the petitioner is seeking a direction towards the respondent authorities for payment of work order dated 09.05.2023 towards the supply of steel furniture for renovation of the Raigarh Library under the National Library Mission by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by communication dated 10.01.2024, it has been informed by the District Education Officer that , under the work order dated 09.05.2023, the petitioner had supplied the furniture and the Collector has received the amount of Rs. 44,64,099/- on 04.08.2023 from National Library Mission, Kolkata. However, inspite of the said communication as there is no dispute regarding the work and supply made by the petitioner, the authorities are not making the payment to the petitioner. 3. Learned State counsel submits that respondent authorities shall verify the facts whether the work order has been completed or not and if the work order is completed then necessary steps will be taken for payment of undisputed amount which is due for payment towards the petitioner. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents attached. 5. In view of the submissions made by the authorities that the work order dated 09.05.2023 has been concluded and the Collector is having the fund to be paid to the petitioner, the Collector Raigarh is directed to verify about the grievance of the petitioner and examine whether the supply has been completed or not according to work order dated 09.05.2023 and if the supply has been made, then undisputed amount due to the petitioner be released within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
