It is alleged that some land of the petitioners society has been encroached upon by unauthorized persons. Persons who allegedly have encroached upon the land are not arrayed as a party in the present writ petition. In their absence no such grievance can be considered, even otherwise the grievance is against the private-individuals for which the remedy would be to approach the competent civil court.
