(ORAL) The present petition have been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the impugned order dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure P-5). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that necessary documents in support of his pleadings made in the writ petition have not been attached, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
