State of U.P. within stipulated period and status quo shall maintain up to disposal of stay application over plot No.289 situated in the village-Shiv Rampur, Paragana- Kanawar, Tehsil-Raja Talab, District- Varnasi, which is abadi plot." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned Revision No.2439 of 2022 under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by petitioner is pending before respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, Prayagraj since 2022.. He submitted that the aforementioned revision be disposed of within time bound period. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sachchida Nand Ojha, Vikas Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Jagat Narayan .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) the present petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, Prayagraj to decide the aforementioned Revision No.2439 of 2022 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
