Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 3 rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2010 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the representation was dated 26.04.2025, but, in Para No.1, ,4 and 5 of the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, it has been wrongly mentioned as 13.10.2010. Hence, the said errors have to be rectified. 3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the date of the representation wrongly mentioned in Para Nos.1, 4, and 5 of the order, as ''13.10.2010'', shall be substituted by correct date as ''26.04.2025'' 4.
