(ORAL) The applicants-petitioners, by way of present Review Application, seek to review the final order dated 05.08.2025 passed by this Court in main contempt petition, which is extracted hereunder:- “ Learned counsel for respondents on instructions assures that the compensation of the acquired land shall be released to the petitioners within three weeks from the date of furnishing their fresh indemnity bonds before the office of respondent No. 2. In response, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the requisite indemnity bonds shall be furnished before respondent No. 2 within one week from today. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition, the same is disposed of accordingly. The respective parties shall be bound by their stand DINESH KUMAR 2025.09.08 18:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document RA-CR No. 135 of 2025 in COCP No. 2286 of 2025 (O&M) [2] as taken. Rule stands discharged.” [2] Upon advance notice, Ms. Nihar Bala, Advocate for Mr. H.S. Gill, Advocate, appears on behalf of respondent No. 1 whereas Mr. Abhinash Jain, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, appears on behalf of respondent No. 2. [3] Learned counsel for respondent No. 1, on instructions, submits that a sum of Rs. 1,60,000/- remains to be paid towards interest including TDS on the delayed disbursal and the same shall be released in favour of the applicants-petitioners/landowners within four weeks from today. [4] In view of the above undertaking, no further orders are required to be passed in the present Review Application, the same is disposed off accordingly. [5] It is made clear that in case the respondent(s) fail to abide by the aforesaid undertaking, salary of respondent No. 1, upto the extent of one- third, shall remain attached till the compliance is made. [6] Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed off.
