The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 138/2023 arising out of Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 186/2023 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 565/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. subsequently charge has been framed under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. The bail application of the petitioner war earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 154/2024 vide order dated 07.05.2024. 4. On 01.08.2023, younger brother of the informant namely Pawan Kumar Yadav was murdered by unknown persons. 5. During the course of investigation, mobile phone of the deceased was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It further appears that the deceased had made dying declaration that the petitioner alongwith co- accused Hamas @ Mota had assaulted him. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is no progress in trial. 7. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected once again. 8. The learned Trial Court shall expedite the trial. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
