The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s): “(i) For issuance of an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the order dated 27-11- 2016 passed n B.L.T. Case No. 137 of 2015 passed Patna High Court CWJC No.2146 of 2017(2) dt.25-11-2025 2/2 by respondent No. 02 whereby and where under he has allowed the B.L.T. Case No. 137/2015 in favour of the petitioner and set-aside the order dated 29-11-1997 passed by learned Joint Director, Consolidation, Gaya in Revision Case No. 2/97 without hearing the petitioner. (ii) To direct the respondent No. 2 to hear the petitioner afresh in accordance with provision of law giving him opportunity to raise his all the question of law and facts regarding his genuine claim.
