This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a order or direction, direct the learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Gautam Buddha Nagar to pass appropriate order upon the interim injunction application 6-C moved by the petitioner under Section 37 and 38 of the Specific Relief Act in Original Suit No. 1330 of 2025 (Dinesh Singh Versus Anand Chauhan, Managing Director and others) pending before the Court of learned Civil Judge (S.D.), Gautam Buddha Nagar, expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and till the disposal of interim injunction application, the effect and operation of the termination order dated 10.04.2025 passed by the defendant/ respondent no.2 may be suspended." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned application 6-C is pending consideration since 2025 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the above-mentioned application, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Girish Chandra Maurya, Prashant Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : Dinesh Singh .....Petitioner(s) Anand Chauhan And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
