The instant writ petition has been filed seeking enforcement of the order of the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission dated 26.9.2023 by which the appeal filed against the order of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission dated 1.11.2010 was rejected. 2. By Section 71 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the order passed by District Commission and the State Commission have been made enforceable in the same manner as if the same is a decree made by a court in a suit and provisions of Order XXI of the First Schedule of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been made applicable. 3. Consequently, we decline to exercise writ jurisdiction in respect of the relief claimed. It is left open to the petitioner to seek enforcement of the orders in accordance with law. 4.
