SL. No Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGES’S ORDERS ABA No.35 of 2025 Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. Mr. Pradeep Chamyal, Advocate for the applicants. Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, D.A.G. for the State. Applicants Jarif Khan and Shareef Khan seek anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0188 of 2024, under Sections 109, 115, 117, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kelakhera, District Udham Singh Nagar. Heard. At the very outset, learned State Counsel would submit that the applicants are not wanted in the case; the applicants have been exonerated during investigation. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. Since the applicants are in no manner wanted by the police, nothing survives in this anticipatory bail application. It stands disposed of, accordingly. (Ravindra Maithani J.) 17.02.2025 RV
