As the default was not removed within the stipulated time, the appeal was dismissed without further reference to the Bench. 6. Considering that the appeal has been pending since 2016, and further taking into consideration the submissions and cause shown in the application, I am inclined to restore MAC No. 756/2016 to its original file, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] by cheque in favour of any of the claimants within a period of 30 days from today before the concerned Claims Tribunal. 7.
