This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and and directing the respondents revenue authorities to demarcation of the petitioner's land being Arazi No. 1588 Rakba, 18 Biswa situated at Village Charwa, Pargana & Teshil-Chayal, District-Kaushambi which has been illegally occupied by the respondent no. 5 to 8. b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS direct the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.08.2025 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of Court to Annexure 5 of the writ petition which is a letter addressed to the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Chayal, District- Kaushambi. 3. From perusal of prayers made in the writ petition as well as Annexure 5, it transpires that petitioner is aggrieved by the action of private respondents no.5 to 8. He has a remedy of moving an application either under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcating the property in question, or moving an application under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for getting the encroachment removed. 4. Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable and it stands dismissed.
