This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to initiate an inquiry against the respondent no.3 to 10 for committing irregularity in the proceeding pending before the respondent no.3 Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, District-Muzaffarnagar as Restoration Case No.6530/2025 (Atar Kali Vs. State), under Section-209 (h) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in Suit No.4876/2025 (Atar Kali Vs. State) under Section-34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 2. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition as well as material on record, petitioners' counsel is trying to make out a case of malafide against respondent no.3 to 5, who are government officials, and against private respondents no.6 to 10. 3. As the respondents no.3 to 5 have not been arrayed as party in the personal capacity, nor any malafide has been made out from perusal of the record, no case for interference is made. 4.
