Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State and perused the record. 2. Petitioner is a complainant and he made a complaint against the sitting Pradhan of the village namely Nazakat Ali as well as Sachin Kumar Daka, Secretary of the Gram Panchayat Badauda Sinhani, Post-Sapnawat, Tehsil- Dhaulana, District Hapur along-with affidavit on 28.06.2024. In the said complaint, enquiry committee was constituted but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter hence present writ petition. 3. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-State that the decision will be taken in the matter by the competent authority expeditiously. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Hapur to take a decision in the matter expeditiously strictly in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned unless there is no legal impediment.
