Civil Appeal no 18/2019, parties being "Ashawani Kumar Singh Vs Yadurai and others", the impugned order passed on 01.02.2020, where by learned Court dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant/petitioner, filed under order 43 of Civil procedure code 1908 and upheld and affirmed, the order passed by the learned trail Court (learned Civil Judge Class-2, Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa, CG), on 22.10.2019, in Civil Suit No. 22-A/2018 the parties being "Ashawani Kumar Singh Vs Yadurai and others", whereby, learned trail Court has dismissed the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 or in alternate pass an order and direct the respondents that not to transfer or sold the property to anyone, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case may also be awarded.” 2. It is informed by the Office that the Civil Suit No. 22A/2018 has finally been disposed of on 30.06.2023. 3.
