1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 21.07.2025, filed under Sec- tion 308(2), 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Chandigarh.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that his bail application be directed to be decided within a time bound manner.
3. In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioner surrenders on or before 18.09.2025 and files an application for grant of bail, the same be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
