Ansari, learned counsel for respondent Commission and learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners want relief in the nature of direction to the respondent Public Service Commission to re-evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioners through experts in relation to the examination of Staff Nurse (Ayurved) Advertisement No. A-4/E-1/2023 and in this regard they have already made representation. 3. Shri F.A.Ansari, learned panel counsel for Public Service Commission submits that it is settled legal position that answer books/ answer copies of the candidates who have participated in the selection process cannot be permitted to be re-evaluated. He has placed reliance upon an order of this Court in Writ A No. 9370 of 2022 (Sanjay Kumar Singh and others v. U.P. Public Service Commission and another), however, he is not averse to the direction being issued to show the petitioners their answer book in the event petitioners approach the Commission. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant induglence in the matter for the purposes of evaluation of answer book of the petitioners. However, it is provided that in the event petitioners move an application before the Public Service Commission to show their answer book, the Public Service Commission will do the needful in the matter. 5. With these observations and directions the petition stands disposed of.
