Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s father purchased the land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.2.08 cents in survey No.92/2 of Pedda Bommanapalle Village Shantipuram Mandal, Chittoor District from his vendor. The sale deed in respect of the said land was registered in the name of the petitioner. The vendor got the said land by way of DKT patta. While things stood thus, the patta granted infavour of the vendor got cancelled. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 3^^ respondent. Pending the appeal the respondents are r trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 4. Learned Government Pleader for the furnished the written instructions dated 05.03.2025, stated as follows: respondents wherein it is “The land in Sy. No. 92/2, Ext. 2.08 cents is abutting to the NH No. 42 (Palamaneru-Krishnagiri high way) and it valuable land the writ petitioner was encroached the land and the eviction notices were also issued to the petitioner vide Roc.A/62/2024 dated 27.02.2025 are hereby given notice that if you desire respond to the notice before one week, show either in person or in writing before Tahsildar, Santhipuram Mandal, but th petitioner and his family members refused the notices, however the alternative arrangements were made and paste on compound wall of the building and the same as on today he is failed to submit valid documents of the subject land. Further, it is submitted that the District Revenue Officer, Chittoor has issued order vide D.Dis.E2/12048/2010 dated 24.09.2010 for transfer of the government land in Sy. No. 92/2 Ext. Ac. 2.08 cents of Donkumanipalle revenue village to Principal Govt. Tl, Santhipuram for construction of Govt. ITI and Driving School at Santhipuram on free of cost and directed to Tahsildar, Santhipuram as to submit possession certificate of the land. The advance possession is also handed over to the Principal Govt ITI, Santhipuram by the Tahsildar, Santhipuram vide Roc./\/148/02/dt:29.09.2010.” as you you may cause 4 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the written instructions submitted by the learned Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal, if not disposed of so far, within a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by all the parties concerned in respect of possession as well as any further alienation of the subject property. 6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. Sd/- N.
