This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus directing the Commissioner Gorakhpur Mandal, Gorakhpur (Respondent no.1) to decide stay application and Revision (Annexure no. 2) No.C- 202505000002010 (Babu Lal Versus Vashishth Tiwari and others) District- Kushinagar within a within a short period." 2. It is contended that revision is pending consideration in which stay application has been moved which is also pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for deciding the stay application along with revision. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, with a direction upon authority concerned to decide the stay application within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order, and thereafter proceed to decide the Revision No.C-202505000002010, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties preferably within a period of two months. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
