Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.2 Additional Commissioner Judicial (Ist), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the Case (Appeal) No.4019 of 2024, Computer Case No. C202414000004019 (Jaravati and others Versus Daulatram and others) under section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period." 2. It is contended that against the demarcation order, an appeal under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has been filed which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Additional Commissioner Judicial (Ist), Varanasi Division, Varanasi to decide the Case (Appeal) No.4019 of 2024, Computer Case No. C202414000004019 (Jaravati and others Versus Daulatram and others) under section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
